Kelayakan
1. Diploma dalam Pengurusan & Perniagaan, Perakaunan, Pentadbiran, Kesetiausahaan dan juga bidang – bidang yang berkaitan dengan minimum PNGK 2.50.
2. Memiliki Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional (SPMV), dengan memperolehi sekurang-kurangnya lulus enam (6) mata pelajaran termasuk kepujian untuk mata pelajaran yang disyaratkan seperti dibawah:

Bahasa Melayu – Kepujian
Bahasa Inggeris – Kepujian
Matematik – Lulus
Atau
Bahasa Melayu – Kepujian
Bahasa Inggeris – Lulus
Matematik – Kepujian
3. Berumur tidak melebihi 28 tahun bagi lelaki dan tidak melebihi 25 tahun bagi wanita pada tarikh tutup iklan.
4. Pengalaman kerja dibidang Pentadbiran/perkeranian / kesetiausahaan merupakan satu  kelebihan.
5. Sanggup untuk ditempatkan dimana-mana negeri di Semenanjung Malaysia.
