Job Reaponsibilities:
The job involves assisting the Project Manager in managing and leading the project site team which comprises of foreman, workers and other contractors.
Manage the assigned project’s installation processes in accordance to company Standard Procedures and resources requirements.Plan, organize and control projects for successful implementation, accurate documentation and timely completion; including attending all site coordination meetings.
Attend site meeting and Technical discussionManage and Lead Junior Project CoordinatorManage and prepare progress claimThe professional we seek should:
Have experience in managing construction projects.You must be proactive and ambitious with a team player mentality and great communication skills.
Confident and proactive character. You must also be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative.To be considered for this role, you must have:
A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, construction management or a related engineering degree with at least 2 to 3 years’ construction experience, with previous experience of working for contractors.
Those with out a degree can be consideredMust be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia; both written and oral.
Experience of working on high rise buildings projects would be a beneficial to your application.This position required to work Monday - Friday & Saturday 1/2 (half) dayRemuneration:
