HR Senior Executive/Assistant Manager.
Located at Dolomite Business Park, Batu Caves, 5 working days, from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
Responsibilities
-Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data.
Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions and job title and department/division transfers.
-Manage employees’ grievances.
-Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues. Must understand and well verse with Employment Act 1955.
-Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
-Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
-Identify training required, assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
-Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
