Vacancy under Insurance Company:
Position: Client & Support Specialist, Operations
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Nationality: Malaysian ONLY

Brief Descriptions
-Minimum 5 years working experience in General Insurance Company.
-Tertiary education, Diploma/Degree preferably in related fields or AAII/ AMII/ FCII.
-Attending to web email queries and complaints (including coordinating of web’s mail)
-Complaint administration (Complaint registration, liaising with and reminding respective owner to ensure complaint is resolve within Turnaround time)
-Involve in project assignment, including perform UAT for new products/ system enhancement.
-Counter services to walk-in customers/ mails/ faxes,

Including the following activities:
1.Enquiries and coverage, policy and endorsement issuance, AMLA verification, client code creation and modification, Motor NCD

2.Confirmation, recovery and refund, receipt issuance.  Day end petty cash/ cheque submission to account department, road tax renewal arrangement, MMIP policy issuance.

3.Renewal review and follow-up calls for counter policies.

4.Issue receipt and raise refund payment requisition within agreed turnaround time.
