Salary Range : RM2500 - RM3000

Job description
-Respond to customer inquiries
-Handle and resolve complaints
-Deal directly with the customers
-Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Requirement
-Diploma or Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Customer Service or any related field
-Min 1-2 years of working experience in customer service
-Good communication skills English and Mandarin
-Working location : Kuala Lumpur
