JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account Executive responsibilities
• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
• Provide assistance and support to company personnel
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Constantly update job knowledge
• Educating customers/ principals about our business solutions.
• Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts.
• Closing customer contracts and generating new sales.
• Using any automation tools to track progress and report goals.
• Analyzing consumer needs and developing innovative solutions.
• Managing team members and facilitating collaboration in the workplace.
Account Executive skills
• Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
• Knowledge of current kindergarten marketing and advertising trends and best practices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in programs including PowerPoint, MS Office and Excel.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes.
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized

Salary
Salary Range : RM 1800 - RM 2500
Your relevant experiences will also influence your basic salary.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Minimum experience at least 1-3 years
EPF, SOCSO & Employment Insurance System (EIS) is provided.
Training is provided.
