Customer Service Executive (CELCOM) - Johor

Scope :
Customer Service Executive:
• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
• To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Requirements
- Willing to work at Bandar Medini Iskandar, Johor
- Min SPM/Diploma/Degree
- Age 18 - 40 Years Old
- No Experience/background required (training provided)
- Able to speak Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Computer friendly
- Minimum SPM & 18 above. Not a fulltime student.
- Rotation Shift (9.5 hours per day)
- Working 6 days & 1 offdays a week.
- Shuttle Bus provided to certain area

Salary & Benefit
- Basic RM1400.00
- KPI RM400.00
- Shift Allowance RM300(max)
- Normal OT : RM10.00 X Hour(s) X 1.0 Rate
- Public : RM10.00 X Hour(s) X 2.0 Rate
- Meal Elaun : RM10.00 Per Day (OT)
- Mandarin Speaker RM400.00
- EPF/SOCSO
- 2 years contract Continuation based on performance.
